By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member of the Supreme Cake Company (“a member”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Supreme Cake Company may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Refunds

Please call The Supreme Cake Company on 03 6425 1477 to discuss any queries or concerns that you may have in relation to the order you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Note: All refunds for orders placed over the phone are credited back to the original credit card in which the order was originally purchased.

GST

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery

All orders are accepted by the Carton only.

Large cake orders per carton (12 cakes)
Small cake orders per carton (24 cakes)
56 cartons per pallet.

A minimum order of 10 cartons receives free freight within Australia

Freight

Conditions apply. Freight costs will vary dependent on the order size. Please contact us to discuss the available options.

Cancellation

All orders must be cancelled no less than 24 hours before the due dispatch date. Fees may apply.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment may also be made by Cheque or EFT. However please note that goods are not dispatched until cheques are cleared and EFT payments are verified. Payments can be made directly over the phone using credit cards and must be made by the cardholder.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. The Supreme Cake Company does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persona found or have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
